These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and crickexs ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the crickexs website, mobile interface, or related services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the crickexs platform and close any account you may have registered. Continued use of the platform following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all activities carried out on the crickexs platform, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other offered sports), live casino games, slot games, crash games, instant games, promotional participation, deposit and withdrawal transactions, and all customer support interactions.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency arising from translation into any other language, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail in all respects.

To register and use a crickexs account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person acting in your own capacity — not as an agent, representative, or trustee for a third party.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from crickexs under any prior account or alias.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of crickexs or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only.
• Online gambling is not prohibited under any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

crickexs conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) age and identity verification as part of the standard account lifecycle. All players must submit a valid government-issued National ID (NID) card or passport and a selfie photograph before their first withdrawal can be processed. Providing false, altered, or fraudulent identity documents is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and a report to relevant authorities where required.

Where crickexs has reason to suspect that a player is under 18 years of age, the platform reserves the right to suspend the account immediately and withhold all funds pending completion of age verification. If age verification confirms the player is underage, all funds will be returned to the depositing payment method and the account will be permanently closed.

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account only on crickexs. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being voided.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a payment method registered in your name. You must update this information promptly if any of it changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crickexs account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. crickexs will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or application.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered — this adds a critical extra layer of protection to your account.
• Never access your crickexs account on a shared or public computer without logging out and clearing session data afterwards.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, contact crickexs support immediately via live chat inside your account.

crickexs will not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or a third party — is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported a compromise to our support team.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

crickexs operates a full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be asked to submit the following documents at any stage of their account lifecycle, and submission is mandatory before first withdrawal processing:

• Proof of Identity: National ID Card (NID), passport, or valid government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Age: Any document confirming date of birth and confirming the player is 18 or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used is registered in the player's verified name.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of account registration may result in restrictions being placed on withdrawal functionality. crickexs reserves the right to request additional documents at any time if enhanced due diligence is required.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

crickexs accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following verified payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits specified within your account dashboard and the applicable payment method provider's own limits.
• Deposits are credited to your crickexs balance instantly in most cases. Where a delay occurs due to payment network issues, please allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support.
• crickexs does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which crickexs bears no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from your crickexs account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, consistent with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing typically occurs within 15–60 minutes during operational hours (06:00–24:00 BST). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued for processing at opening.
• crickexs reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or the account activity pattern is unusual.

4.3 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on crickexs are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), represented by the ৳ symbol. No currency conversion is applied to player accounts. Players are not exposed to foreign exchange risk within the platform.

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on crickexs are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published within the sportsbook section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all sports betting markets:

• A bet is confirmed and binding once the system has accepted it and a bet reference number has been issued. Verbal or written requests to void a confirmed bet are not accepted except in cases of manifest error.
• crickexs reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where the odds were published in error (manifest error) due to a technical fault, data feed failure, or human input error. Where a void is applied, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended or refused at any time during a live event without notice, consistent with the dynamic nature of live betting.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments — are governed by the ICC playing conditions and official match results as declared by the relevant governing body.
• Maximum bet limits per market and per event apply. These limits are visible within the bet placement interface and may vary by player account tier.

5.2 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games — including live dealer tables, slot games, and instant/crash games — are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) software supplied by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. crickexs does not modify the underlying game logic, paytables, or return-to-player (RTP) percentages of any game supplied by these providers.

• Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG of the relevant provider and are not influenced by crickexs or any player action outside the game.

• Any bet placed and confirmed in a game session prior to a disconnection is settled according to the game outcome that the server recorded at the time of interruption.

5.3 Responsible Use of Betting Features

crickexs offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotional-specific term and these general Terms, the promotional-specific term will prevail in relation to that promotion only.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible account holders only. Players who have not completed KYC verification may be ineligible for bonus withdrawal until verification is complete.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the total amount that must be wagered before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal eligibility is established).
• Different game types may contribute different percentages toward the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute a reduced percentage as specified per promotion.

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating play with other players to guarantee profits, or employing betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus mechanics — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. crickexs reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on crickexs. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Match Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets based on inside information or in connection with any arrangement to fix, influence, or manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.
• Money Laundering: Using the crickexs platform to process funds derived from illegal activity, or to layer, place, or integrate illicit funds through deposit and withdrawal cycles.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or misrepresenting your age, location, or eligibility to use the platform.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any non-human interface to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, casino, or live gaming context offered on the platform.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks against deposits that have been genuinely credited and used on the platform.
• Hacking and System Interference: Attempting to access, alter, or damage the crickexs platform, its underlying infrastructure, or data through any technical means.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the crickexs platform by any person under 18 years of age.

crickexs cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies, sports integrity bodies, financial regulators, and other competent authorities in relation to any investigation concerning suspected prohibited conduct by a player or group of players.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your crickexs account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat inside your account or by emailing support@crickexs. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their applicable rules and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements.

8.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

crickexs reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Detection of a duplicate or multiple account held by the same player.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension.

Where an account is suspended due to an ongoing investigation, the funds held within the account will be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation. Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, crickexs reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the account balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach, as determined by crickexs in its sole discretion.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. crickexs will notify the account holder at the email or mobile number on file before any dormancy fee or administrative charge is applied. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
